If you need advice about a refugee or immigration matter, you must first call our free telephone service which operates at the following times:

Telephone advice is available by calling (03) 9413 0100.

Please tell us if an interpreter is needed.

You must call the telephone advice line service to access any of our advice and casework services.

ART-Protection processing Hotline 

Legal assistance for Protection visa applicants with appeals currently before the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART)

People who arrive by boat Hotline

Legal assistance for people who currently hold, previously held or have applied for a Temporary Protection Visa (TPV) or Safe Haven Enterprise Visa (SHEV) who may be eligible for a permanent Resolution of Status Visa (RoS visa).
