- You currently hold a TPV/SHEV; or
- You previously held a TPV/SHEV (that has not been cancelled) and have not applied for a subsequent (second) one.
Please note: if you have already applied for your subsequent (second) TPV/SHEV and it has not yet been granted you do not need to apply for a RoS visa.
