We are honoured that our keynote speaker this year is Mr Thomas Albrecht, the Regional Representative of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Canberra. Mr Albrecht is one of the UNHCR’s most experienced representatives, having worked in a range of senior posts across the globe over the last 30 years.
